HH514 LA-L973P Rev 1B.
The old I/O starts, but the fan can’t be controlled. When I back up the KBC and write it to the new I/O, it doesn’t start

The software I provided works with the old I/O, but there is no fan control and the outputs respond slowly. When I install the new I/O and load the software, the start function doesn't work.
