Need clean ME Apple MBP 17in 820-2914

If anyone can help with the ME clean and updae. The GPU replaced and get invalid vendor ID error. GPU not loading and kernel panic.

Hi , can you please clear ME region in this bios. i get error not loading Os in the final step of the load bar.
bios i am uploading is modded to run only with intel graphics.
