I think you misunderstand my reply. I am not saying you did a bad job or I can do any better. I simply did not understand "use Motherboard code find one bios new". The Dell P/N on the motherboard is DHTCW. Is there a different code on the motherboard you are referring to? Are you asking me to post the executable BIOS update so you can extract the dump?
