Hello , do not want to create new thread. I have problem with same laptop cpu i5-10300H stuck on 0.79GHZ. Tried all possible BIOS 307 308-309 , no difference. Tried Win 10-11 same. Tried change psu no luck. Do you have any moded bios for this laptop to remove this throtle. Throtle Stop also not helping .Any help would be appreciated.
