Good afternoon,

I have an Acer Nitro V15 model N23Q22 ANV15-51-579P.
S/N: NHQNBEB001350082407600
The motherboard originally had a short circuit. The laptop was powering on with a black screen, and the customer said he attempted a BIOS recovery/update using a USB flash drive. He noticed the USB activity LED blinking, but he does not know whether the process completed successfully.
I believe the BIOS update may have failed or was interrupted before completion.
I repaired the short circuit, and now the board powers on, but still shows no image.
I am attaching the original BIOS backup that I currently have.
Any help with repairing/rebuilding the BIOS would be greatly appreciated.

Motherboard code ?

Serial Number not found.
Since the customer attempted to reprogram/update the BIOS, is it possible that some of the original data was lost?
What can be done in this situation?
If I use a BIOS containing the serial number or machine-specific data from another unit, could that cause any problems later on?
I would appreciate any advice on the best approach.
