Good day everyone, The laptop turns on but it didn't detect the battery its charger dependent

powers on, then shuts down, then turns on again. loop

sometimes it loads windows, sometimes power on/off loop.

i tried other bios, every first boot, "no boot device found" after restart, it loads windows. next shutdown then power on, "no boot device found" again, after restart, it loads windows. why?

If you are a technician, you need to check to see where the problem is to fix it
