I have problem with Microsoft surface laptop studio 4 1951. It turns on for 10s shows microsoft logo and then turns off. I can't get into bios, keyboard combiantions are not working.
I replaced battery because it had 0V and PD contoroller TPS65993AD. Now Battery charges and I can turn on laptop from battery or charger but after pressing power button it shows only microsoft logo for 10 seconds and then turns off.
May this be broken bios or this is more likely hardware issue?
