I thought touch wont work if clear ME? My issue is when push power button, logo appears for a few seconds then power off

How do you think you can fix it?
If it appears the sensor is not working, then it's a good sign that the orientation has been fixed

I tried surfacebackup_CLS.bin and same result..

Can you rebuild my original bios, i do not think is hardware, several with same symptoms.
