i dont know, i buy this pc like damage, no power at all
- i test with another cpu,
- other power adapter
- tested with no cpu ( should light a red light 0, but nothing ) dead. i have 3.3v 5v 1v and others

write at 78% this bios give me error, but if i write with original bios , work 100%

i put another bios ic, but still no power

is possible that pc is locket and cannot power up ? i have all voltage but no starting, no led
