The problem is the following when connecting the charger the equipment becomes very slow I have used the cpu-z application and hw monitor I observe that the speed of the processor drops to 400 mhz and without the charger it has a high speed of 1200 to 1500 mhz

Good day, I have the same motherboard model and while the processor is 100% used on the battery, it causes slow operation at 25% speed on the charger, have you solved the problem?
