Someone can help me identify the model of the PCH for this model or equivalent. The computer does not turn on .
I have This information model motherboard : FLY00 LA-J561P ,Rev:0,3

PCH: Intel QUCJ i dont find this chip bga to buy and dont find the complet model to search the internet
PCH is short-circuited on the 3v line.

On the schematic it says HM470?
