There is a lot of bios you can use but I think you need to check AMD chipset

This KBC information I'm attaching is for a different motherboard, but with the same numbering. It powers on, but doesn't go past the LOGO. The EC you sent me doesn't power on. I need information on the GDI53 LA-K001P EC that powers on.

The EC information you have, which doesn't go beyond the LOGO, is from another LA-L245P unit.
