buen día, tengo esta maquina dell 15 5000, modelo de board 19861-1, no da video, con la bios que usted publico da video, pero no acepta el service tag cuando lo pongo y tampoco reconoce los discos m2, te envió la bios original para saber si me ayudas, gracias.
