So why turn off RAM? If you turn off the ram without rma, of course it will not work the same

Because the customer wants.... i don't give a damn why.
The laptop have a 32Gb DDR4 installed.
can you please try to get me another bios file ..

I've talked to the customer, and he says that sometimes the computer gives a blue screen error, and he have runned memtest (removing the ddr4 memory in the slot) and he throws some errors.
That's why he wants to disable onboard ram.
Can you please help ??

Tried bios above working but battery is missing cannot use with battery. attached my original file issue no power.

Sir After flashing your bios can Power On now,But when inserted a battery cannot power.battery is Good i need to short the cmos backup battery to make Laptop pwr On but without battery, Can You Rebuild my bios it does not power.
