my laptop when i plug the charger the two fans run very fast and stop after seconds and repeat that again
and the processor not give any heat
and the two leds in the board near to the processor is on
what can i do please

If there are two BIOSes with the same problem, it means that the BIOS is good and you need to check the hardware.
