it have many problem you need check. has nothing to do with Me Region don't waste time asking me to clear me.

LED10 near graphics card in motherboard is always on
Graphics card is good , checked on other i7 laptop

old bios error what ? send I check
i dont have the old bios as someone removed the bios and ec chip before
so you need try other bios, above have many BIOS ok.
