I have a problem. Customer brought in this laptop (zbook 15 g3) which had a faulty ME flash. Laptop does not boot anymore. Fans are spinning high. I tried lot of above BIOS (replaced both 8mb and 16mb) and ME regions + descriptor regions but none of them works. Still getting a black screen at maximum fan spin. How can I place back a working BIOS without knowing the previous ME version?

The customer told me so. He was updating de Intel ME, but it failed and after that the machine would not boot anymore..

hardware can also fail all the time, can't trust the customer, try to check all the hardware, have the GPU?
bios lock 100% ok you can test
