invalid serial can be fixed in setup just enter system details (serial, build id etc). me engine can be fixed by setting FDO jumper (right next to the dimm slots) to 1-2 (disable ME and allow flashing) und using fpt.

fptw64.exe -closemnf no
fptw64.exe -greset

or just leave the jumper at 1-2 and be happy without intel me.
