I made the update from B.08 to F30 and the motherboard is no longer current. The start lamp stops a second after pressing the power button.

I wrote the version with a programmer (DA0X35MBAC0 083BA.bin), but the motherboard does not start. When I power up the motherboard, it stops in a second.
So the motherboard does not power up after the BIOS update from B.08 to F30
With version B.08 started.
 
I have no code light error code.
The starter light turns on for 1 second and stops.
On Caps Look I have no light signal.
 
Chip motherboard 25Q64JVSIQ
I do not have this chip.

Can replace it with 25Q64BVSIG?
