so if Caps lock has 5 slow and 3 fast blinks will this fix it? I take it I will need to remove the BIOS IC to hook up to my Xgecu Pro TL866 II Plus. Can I just replace the bin file on the chip directly with the file you provided?

Yeah I found the power rail for +1.2V SUS has a .3 ohm short on it. not sure if that is supposed to be like that but I assume not. I reprogrammed BIOS IC and no difference...

I found a short on +1.2V SUS. That goes to RAM slots, some transistors and the CPU

Is The ME clean in the file to download? CAn I just flash straight onto my BIOS chip?
