3. When update bios with the latetst from HP the message is that this bios, so your file, is not compatible with the device.

It is a problem, or error like you call it. Exactly like I say the message is that this bios from hp is not compatible. If there is no problem you can choose option 1, but you can see and read that it's not possible. So something must be wrong.
So again, and just a simple question/request, would you unlock my file, and after that I can see if that also changes the update problem, please!
