I have problem with this two bios...someone flesh it both ,but motherboard was in short.Can you help me

How do you know the BIOS has a problem?
Because I put two other and its turning on ,fan spinning and light is orange on dc conector
it proves nothing.
when it has an ok image then it proves that the original BIOS is faulty
I agree,but this laptop was in other service and they flesh both bios,but problem was with short ..OK,thank you anyway
