Hi, laptop was not booting, I programmed the BIOS on the top post, but boot time is really slow and get this error message: "Soft Temporary Disable. To enable ME, check active Management (AMT) option in F10 Setup".

Can you help? Thanks.

Hi, it booted fast the first time to Windows, but now bootloops on HP logo. I can enter BIOS but cant go further.
Reprogrammed again and same issue. Boots fine first time, and boot loop later.
