What do you think could be the issue?

Only Pin 4 has 2.66V - no idea what this is for and if it's normal. EDP_HPD_PANEL_R Page 19. LCD/LED PANEL Conn. All other pins correct V.

Tried 3 different screens. There is picture. No physical obvious damages or components.
