I downloaded the BIOS from HP support and edited the DMI, but the computer still has the same problem.

What's strange is the version that the original motherboard download has: Family CSE ME Version 14.1.67.2046. The latest version offered by HP's website is CSE ME Version 14.0.31.1120.

How do you know the damaged area? Have you tried another bios yet?

I always thought the ME region was corrupted. I tried downloading the latest version from the HP website, but it still has the same error. And I can't find FIT 14.1 to clean the original BIOS downloaded from the motherboard. That's why I'm asking for help; I don't know what else to do. Please help me.

The me region only has certain errors such as late display, or auto shutdowns...

Are you sure your laptop is having similar errors? Note that cls is not for repairing bios errors

i think if you have tried other bios with the same problem then next check the hardware
