Serie CND1170W3W
The device turns on with code 5 long blinks and 3 short blinks.
I downloaded the BIOS from HP support and edited the DMI, but the computer still has the same problem.
Can you help me clean the damaged area?

What's strange is the version that the original motherboard download has: Family CSE ME Version 14.1.67.2046. The latest version offered by HP's website is CSE ME Version 14.0.31.1120.

How do you know the damaged area? Have you tried another bios yet?
