Tried Windows 10 Pro x64 and 8.1 x64. Also if you boot with a HDD with a working OS same error.

Yes, I check model this only support windows 10 64bit.

Any hardware repair ?

No trace of any form of repair. Only that I noticed one cpu pin was bent and I straightened it and run the hp diagnostic on the cpu and it passed. I was thinking maybe the motherboard jumpers where moved
