This will work for the Nuvoton NPCE48AL? I assume it will since that is the EC the OP was asking the dump for.
 
For the Nuvoton NPCE48AL is there a datasheet? maybe a pinout profile for SVOD4 for this board

The board I have is 448.0ML05.0021 or Quanta ML05 / DA0ML5MB6D0. It is an HP x360 Envy, PN: M45488-601
A pinout, schematic or a boardview would be helpful.

Ok - fair enough. Still this is only a partial document. I am guessing that there isn't a true pinout for this EC. I am trying to identify
  • CS = SPI_CS_ROM_N0 PIN=?
  • CLK = SPI_CLK_ROM_R PIN=?
  • MOSI = SPI_SI_ROM PIN=?
  • MISO = SPI_SO_ROM PIN=?
  • GND PIN=? (easy to find)
  • VCC (3.3V) PIN=?

true for bga case la1bx, yours is qfn case la1dx thats why no match.

CS pin 90
CLK pin 92
MOSI pin 87
MISO pin 86
GND pins 5,18,45,78,89
VCC pins 19,46,76,88
