Issue Description:The device is experiencing a critical power management failure during the shutdown process.

Symptoms:

• Persistent Fan Activity: Upon shutting down the unit—from either the OS or BIOS—the cooling fan remains active at maximum speed.
• Power State Failure: The system fails to reach a complete hardware cutoff (S5 state).

Files Provided:

• BIOS Dump / Binary File: I am providing the current BIOS file for your review.

Requested Actionlease analyze and repair the BIOS file, focusing on the Intel Management Engine (ME) Region and ACPI tables, as this behavior indicates a corruption in the power management firmware. Please reflash the chip once the file is cleaned/fixed.
