That is for REV 2.0 , my board is REV 1.0.
With that BIOS same thing happens, 1.35V , 0.75V and CPU VCORE not starting. Laptop turns on for 5 seconds (LED Light) and turns off. 3.3V 5V OK.

Are you sure any of those 4 downloads is for LA-E811P Rev: 1.0 ? His post says LA-E821P Rev: 1.0 a different board from LA-E811P Rev: 1.0 .
