This ec bios can't work because of starting of your ec file there is a beginning 16bit offset of me region.. you cut it from header of 8mb bios .. but ec bios data contain at offset address 214000

need Hp.15 AHL50/ABL52 LA-C701P keyboard pin configration for ir16 programmer to programme EC bios
