Hello! I'm having an issue with a Gigabyte Laptop and I would like to know if somebody can give me any idea or path to follow.

So, in the initial state the laptop came dissasembled and with a wrong RTC battery (the polarity was inverted, tested it with a multimeter and fixed it).

Then, the laptop didn't give me any signs of life, so I flashed the BIOS and it came back to life.

Now, the laptop is working but the GPU is not being detected and also it's always at 400mhz the CPU. When I unplug the AC adapter the CPU is no longer capped at 400mhz but the GPU is still not being detected by the S.O.

I also noticed that in the BIOS, it says Intel ME Version in 0.0.0.0

Programming bios this

I programmed the BIOS with the one that you provided to me and had the same issue. Then, I updated the bios with the Gigabyte utility and it does the same.

I also discovered that 2 of the USB C ports aren't working, this adds up to the GPU not being detected and that it underclocks down to 400mhz when is charging.

May be a faulty hardware? I assume there is no schematics for this board

USB-C has its own management chip
