Ask disable onboard RAM for Lenovo Ideapad Pro 5

i need a ROM where the onboard RAM is disabled, because seems to be dead.

Board is JV473 NM-E341

there is a 8 and 16MB EC attached - please if possible.

thx, have to reflash original one, because now nothing happens just dead, before was able to boot up (at least a little bit, till same dead videopixels on screen
