Hello, I have a Dell Latitude 5420 (LA-K491P REV 3.0).

It had an administrator password in the BIOS, but I damaged the BIOS chip when removing it. I can't read the chip and the laptop won't turn on.

You can't build if you don't have the original bios, you need to try another bios instead
