yes, it was programming, its mec 5075. before i try many bios and dont work, turn on but no imagem and turn off after some seconds. then i found a file from other dell with mec5075 and program it, now its turn on but no image and i just try more bios u1 and u2.
I check hardware and i have every voltage, cpu, pch , ram and 3 and 5v so i think is a mec file kbc corrupted
