WATCHMEN N14 MB TGL need bios , board have 3v 5v and ram voltage but no cpu vcore and also pulls only 0.05 arm if connected to dc supply

The bios on the download turns laptop on but it Reaches Dell and powers off.. With old bios it won't power on.
