Thank you,

There is still a small problem

I had no idea it would want to erase the drive, is there any way to unlock the hdd and store data on it?

First it didn't want to accept the code, I had to confirm it with the left ctrl + enter, then a message about erasing the disk appeared ...

I need data from HDD...IMG_1157.jpg

If there is important data I recommend connecting the HDD to another laptop for backup before unlocking

Ok, thank you, so I tried to connect the disk to another computer and the disk manager says that the disk is not initialized. I don't know how exactly dell hdd password works, could it affect the data on the disk, or can I believe that the disk was uninitialized before the password?

So the Dell hdd password only applies to a specific drive? and when connected to another computer should it be normally readable with all data?

I'm just asking for sure
