I read BIOS from defective units.

no one can be sure i just help builds from you post and builds don't always work, i think you need to try another bios if same problem then need to check hardware

I check other Bios and builds44.zip - send by you works on this machine, but logo dell is visable after 12-14s
Please check the ME region is clear ?

Yes, Windows work normally, all devices working fine.
Only start-up to the Dell logo is really long
