I scroll the thread, and tested a lot of images. One of them working properly with me. Touchpad is working properly now. That was fault of bios, not hardware. Also I saw that the temperatures of i5-4210U was above 60*C even I've changed thermopaste. There was no delay at start. Now it's 45*C . I use BIN with clear me

Even if it is a BIOS error, it cannot be repaired from the BIOS file, you need to use another file instead.
