I am getting 2 beeps . It draws 240ma current which is less. All voltages are normal. Cpu heats somewhat less. What should i do ?

Dell 3442 13269-1 if i didnot open laptop for 2/3 days its dead after removing cmos battery open and work properly what is the solution ?
