This laptop uses an Intel i5 processor and has a touchscreen, Its motherboard has the part number HELLCAT 15 MS TGL 8L 19859-1..... I don't know if it's due to a BIOS issue. can you tell me from this file what is the service tag? the bios you gave me is in manufacture mode and ask for a st but the sticker on the laptop is unreadable
If it's in production mode, you need to buy a $35 patch to fix it. Even if you have ST, you can't import it.
the laptop is not locked i can use it i just need to enter the service tag to avoid the laptop ask for it every time i turn it on
