Well I tried it couple times, in windows and ms dos but laptop just restat and nothing changes. I would like to flahs it with ChH341A programmer as I did with A10 version ( its the highest versin I found on internet )

that shows it has nothing to do with the version, you need to get the computer working before you want to update the BIOS.

My laptop works very well, but I cant update bios no matter how I try. I update it from A02 to A10 with ch341 programmer, just cant found A21 bin files, so I was hoping you could help me?

No, Im not a technician.
maybe I mispronounced, i know that ch341 is programming tool, and i would like to program my bios chips with a21 bin files. There is no other way of getting latest version of bios on my laptop.
I got this laptop with corrupted bios, and I got it in working condition by flashing bios dump file from internet. Whenever I try to update it with 5530A21.exe from dell support site runs fine, restarts the computer but on startup no BIOS flashing starts. The OS is starting fine with no error messages.
