I need to check this BIN of HP notebooks TPN-C126. It powers on with the fan and LED, but there is no video on the monitor.

I installed the BIOS you provided by removing the existing one from the chip, but it still doesn’t work: the fan runs at full speed, the LEDs light up (charging etc.), but it never actually boots. I suspect there’s another issue. Where can I find the voltage drop (or voltage test) points for this motherboard? Thanks for your help.
