Issue: Lagging even inside the Bios, I already reflash the bios chip with no luck, issue is still the same, lagging in the bios

Suspected issue ME region or NVram

Are you sure cls can fix those errors?

Possible, since this is an AMD platform it doesn't have ME. I suspect the PSP region or NVram Region is corrupt or mismatch causing a heavy lagging evn inside the bios.
