Unfortunately it seems to be a hardware issue then, maybe the CPU is dead, I have 20+ J551P motherboards with this problem; Everything on the motherboard has correct impedances, and yet it doesnt work. Thank you for your help anyway, kind regards

Hello. I was able to find what the problem was. The same laptop arrived, consumes 0.68V, the LED lights up for 5 seconds and goes off. I tried everything, no effect.
