so most likely the problem comes from the M2 SSD or do you know the reason before?
Customer bring the laptop for this problem laptop not read hardisk, iam try other bios but the laptop not power one, just his bios working on , maybe need repair the bios file or cpu problem

I wonder if someone can help. Have this board and everything works perfectly apart from USB 2 function of the USB 3 connector soldered to the board. The other usb port on the daughterboard works fine. Also USB 3 works fine. Just USB 2 not working. Where should I look for the problem. I tried to read the schematic but couldn't find which IC would control USB 2 connection and what might have failed...

USB 2 not working could be due to a problem with the USB port or the chipset

So USB 2.0 data pins from main USB port are directly connected to chipset with nothing inbetween?

EDIT: It looks to me like LT7 or DT12 could potentially be the problem?

Of course yes you have to check them all but the chipset is still key

Thanks, as everything else is fully working and there has been some water damage in other areas I think maybe the chipset is ok and the problem is somewhere else, I will check it all, Thanks
