Same thing. No reaction at all, the original had keyboards light and fan spin.

What about the 1mb one? Maybe it's something with it?

If the builds do not work, try another BIOS

There is 3 versions of this BIOS GH4UT / GH4U2 / GH4U3

GH4UT = no keyboard light no fan and shutdown

GH4U2 / GH4U3 = keyboard light + fan and shutdown

Pretty sure problem is not the bios more the EC but don't have a programmer.

Original BIOS posted here is GH4U3

I don't known but as you can see from the screenshot in the .exe of Asus
website there is 3 versions inside even bigger than the size of the chip.
From the dump of the BIOS I have and sent here mine is a GH4U3.
I'm waiting for EC programmer to arrive and confirm it's EC fault not BIOS.
