The motherboard keeps on restarting. +5v keeps on restarting. (+5v goes to 0v and again goes to 5v). On power ic ie: Tps 51980. +3.3v on pin number 4 ie: enable keeps on fluctuating from 3.3v and 0. slp4 from pch is fluctuating. Rsmrst is steady 3.3v.
now if i remove the Ram and apply the power , all voltages remain steady.
again symptom : with ram +5v on coil l7220 keeps on fluctuating
without ram : steady 5v.
any solution pls
