2017 MBP A1707 820-00928 EMC 3162 MX25L6473E - Help with ME

I have tried with 3 different tutorials; the long Intel tool way, hex method, and with the injector tool and unfortunately cannot get this straight.

Can someone please help clean this ME on this bin and just check if it is intact?

After I flashed the bios with the one you provided "clear mes.zip" I get the same random screens as original bios. please see screen shots in attached zip.

Apple logo will appear then progress bar, then panic screens.

Any help would be appreciated.

A1707, first has winbond chip the second one has micron chip. They use different kind of .bin
