can you fix? no display on original bios. on top bios its turning on with display after 30 seconds, but if i change ME Region its not turning on, no display again

This motherboard have 2 BIOS, the main it's 16mb, I think before me somebody had modify the other bios file, do you have back up from the other file? (UB2) i adjunct the file that it have programmed, can you check it please
